LACKING REQUIRED HIRING DOCUMENTS: Staff person#1 and 2 may not work unsupervised by an AGS staff person. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the out of state clearances completed clearance information required under the CPSL. During the renewal inspection conducted on 5/13/24 staff person#1 file did not include the verification of a completed State Police clearances. Staff person#2 file did not include out of state New jersey Child abuse clearance. Staff person# 1 must obtain required verification of completed state police clearances. Staff person#2 must obtain required verification of out of state child abuse. Until these required CPSL clearances are obtained staff person# 1 and 2 may not work unsupervised in a child care position at the facility.

During the renewal inspection conducted on 5/13/24 staff person#1 file did not include the verification of a completed State Police clearances. Staff person#2 file did not include out of state New jersey Child abuse clearance.
