The front door of the school building was down the hallway, around a corner and out of sight of staff who was responsible to supervise staff #2. Staff #2 did not have the required health and safety pre-service trainings, including, pediatric first-aid and CPR and the 10 hours of required health and safety topics required before a staff member can care for children unsupervised.
