Staff Persons #1 and #2 said that they both do work alone with the children, as they are open from 5:00am until 11:00pm and that sometimes one of them will take a break, away from the children and that Staff Person #2 drives, alone, to pick up school aged children. Staff Person #2 did not have documentation of the required 2,500 hours of childcare experience to be qualified to work alone, unsupervised with children, as a Primary Staff Person. Staff Person #1 was the only qualified Primary Staff Person, and since Staff Person #2 is a Secondary Staff Person, Staff Person #1 must always supervise the Secondary Staff Person #2, which is not occurring at all times.
