The First-aid kit in the classroom was on a low shelf, accessible to children and the first-aid kit in the backpack that is taken outside with the children to the play yard, was hanging on a low hook, also accessible to children during the inspection (both corrected on-site).

Two plastic bags containing children's swimsuits, were observed on low shelves/cubbies, accessible to toddler-aged children (corrected on-site). Small (less than 1 inch), broken pieces of water balloons, were observed on the ground of the play yard outside, with young toddlers present.
