Household member #1 may not be present in the facility when children are in care.

The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements in subsection (a) are met.

3290.94(a)(9) · The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall conduct fire drills and ensure that a written record is maintained on file at the facility indicating the specific time of day of the drill, the hypothetical location of the fire, the evacuation time, and the names of the facility persons and the number of children who participate in the fire drill.

The fire drill log did not include documentation of fire drills having been conducted every 60 days as required. Fire drills were conducted and logged on 3/10/22 then not again until 6/22/22. Fire Drills were then conducted and logged on 8/15/22 then not again until 11/30/22.
