3280.176(f) · In accordance with the requirements of 67 Pa. Code Chapter 171 (relating to school buses and school vehicles), the facility may not transport a child in an 11-15 passenger van.

During the time of inspection, it was observed that the van used by the facility to transport children did not have the seating capacity sticker by the manufacture and wasn't able to be verified that the van was safe to transport children. The van was observed to have 15 seats.
