    3290.64(a) · Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be stored in an original labeled container or in a container that specifies the content. Toxics shall be kept in a locked area or in an area inaccessible to children, and shall be stored away from food, food preparation areas and child care spaces.

    Cleaning materials and other toxic materials were observed to be accessible to children as follows: * Clorox wipes were located on the changing table * Bleach/Water sanitizing spray bottle was located on a low shelf of the changing table. * Hydrocortisol cream was in the pocket of a diaper bag located on a wooden shelf by the window. * Insect Repellant Spray was located on a low, green table in the play area outside. Cleaning materials were not properly labeled with its contents as follows: * A spray bottle labeled "Simple Green" with "Clorox" written on the side of the bottle, was not labeled with the ratio of bleach to water that was in the spray bottle.
