It was observed on the outdoor play space fencing on the fifth panel from the left side, a hole with sharp jagged edges. The first panel on the right side from the corner of the fence had a hole with jagged edges. The hinge on the gate leading to the parking lot was not securely attached and had loose screws. The bracket on the right-side corner of the fence was not securely attached.
