At approximately 1:30 pm, staff person #3 was observed in the toddler room with 3 toddlers who were lying on rest equipment. Due to the positioning of the rest equipment and where the staff person was sitting on the floor, one child could not be directly supervised as they were lying behind furniture. During nap time between approximately 1:35 pm and 1:55 pm, the following was observed in the downstairs classrooms: In the Pre-K room, staff person #5 was observed with 8 preschoolers who were lying on rest equipment. Due to the positioning of the rest equipment and where the staff person was standing, at least one child could not be supervised directly, as they were lying behind furniture. In the front Preschool room, staff person #10 was observed with 9 preschoolers who were lying on rest equipment. Due to (or because of) the positioning of the rest equipment and where the staff person was standing, at least one child could not be supervised directly, as they were lying behind furniture. In the rear Preschool room, staff person #11 was observed with 6 preschoolers who were lying on rest equipment.
