The fence in the outdoor play space had an unattached bottom pole which made the fence unsecure, and part of the fence was loose cause sharp fencing pieces to stick out. The outdoor play space surfacing had areas of deterioration that pose a tripping hazard and small pieces to the children in care while utilizing the outdoor play space.
