    An administrator of the daycare facility reported that she observed on the facility's video camera staff person #1 grip up a baby by the arm, walk over and slam the child into the metal saucers play equipment. Another child was grabbed by the arm, swung around, and slammed onto the floor. Operator also reports that further review of the video camera on multiple days revealed staff person #3 smacking and pushing the children (child#1 and child #2) to the ground multiple times. DHS-CR viewed a video of the incidents as described by the operator.
