Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.

    At the time of the renewal inspection the certification representative observed that the facility did not have a written policy and procedure to identify the prevention of shaken baby syndrome, abusive head trauma, and child maltreatment. Staff person #4 was observed caring for children unsupervised. Staff person #4 has not completed the following pre- service training required prior to caring for children unsupervised: health and safety training topics, Pediatric First Aid and CPR.
