Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.
At the time of the renewal inspection the certification representative observed that the facility did not have a written policy and procedure to identify the prevention of shaken baby syndrome, abusive head trauma, and child maltreatment. Staff person #4 was observed caring for children unsupervised. Staff person #4 has not completed the following pre- service training required prior to caring for children unsupervised: health and safety training topics, Pediatric First Aid and CPR.

At the time of the renewal inspection the certification representative observed that the refrigerator in the infant room did not have a thermometer to monitor the refrigerator temperature.
