As a result of investigation on 2/12/26, during the observation of footage on 2/5/2026 staff persons #1 and 2 were observed conducting several diaper series of children and did not wash the child's hands after being diapered. Staff persons # 1 and 2 did not wash their hands after diapering a child. Staff persons #1 and 2 were observed feeding the children food without washing their hands or children's hands. This poses a threat to the health and safety of the child.
