The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
In the late afternoon to early evening hours on 4/26/23, 3 femaile children were playing with an iPad in the front half of the preschool classroom. One of the girls took pictures with the iPad of the other 2 girls' "bare hineys". Pictures were discovered by another staff member who brought it to the site supervisor's attention. Staff #1 was not providing proper supervision which allowed this incident to occur.
