Upon arrival, Staff Person #1 identified as the primary staff person in charge. 24-30 children were observed under the tented area and no individual primary childcare groups were assigned so that staff could identify primary care groups. One male child was observed as he walked away from the group un-noticed by staff and was prompted by CR of the child's movements. Multiple other children were also moving about unmonitored/unsupervised within the confines of the tented area.

Upon arrival, Staff Person #1 was asked if there were any medications for children onsite, to which it was stated that there was not. Medication for Child #1 was later found in a designated facility backpack, which had no prescription label on the package with the child's name and instructions.

Upon arrival, Staff Person #1 was asked if there were any medications for children onsite, to which it was stated that there was not. Medication for Child #1 was later found in a designated facility backpack, which was located on a picnic table within easy access of children in care. The medication was not secured in any fashion.
