    Staff person #1 and Staff person #2 were observed to be caring for children unsupervised. Staff person #1 and staff person #2 has not completed the following pre- service training required prior to caring for children unsupervised: (health and safety training topics) - Get Started with Center-Based Care-Revised 2022. Staff person #2 has not completed the following pre- service trainings required prior to caring for children unsupervised: (health and safety training topics) - Get Started with Center-Based Care-Revised 2022 and Pediatric First Aid and CPR. It was observed that children had access to a supply cart in the cafeteria that contained two bottles of a product labeled as ALPHA-HP Multi-Surface Disinfectant cleaner. Staff person #1 indicated that the one spray bottle contained soap and water which did not specified of the contents.
