During the inspection, a test of the fire detection system was conducted. The interconnected smoke alarms did not sound an alarm. One of the devices was not operable or installed. A second, installed device appeared to be attempting to connect to other devices. The third device upstairs, did not sound when the test was conducted. Documentation showing that the fire system test had been tested every 30 days was not available. The last documented test of the fire system was 12/1/25.
