    Certification representative observed gravel and pieces of brick/mortar laying on the driveway below the exterior window by the entrance of the childcare facility. Staff #3 stated the damage was caused to the building when an inexperienced driver hit the exterior wall with a motor vehicle.

    3280.76 · Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces, including the facility's outdoor play space surfaces shall be kept clean, in good repair and free from visible hazards.

    Certification representative observed cracks and damage to the exterior of the building by the driveway and to the interior wall. There was a hole in the interior wall that extended approximately 4 to 6 feet in height and 1 inch in diameter. The damaged sheet rock was protruding 4-6 inches and insultation was exposed. There was a temporary barrier in the childcare space to keep children away from the damaged wall. Staff #3 stated the damage was caused to the building when an inexperienced driver hit the exterior wall with a motor vehicle.
