A soccer ball in the 2nd Grade (2B) Classroom closet had torn fabric. Also, a gold chair in the 2nd Grade (2B) Classroom had a ripped seat with exposed foam. The 1st Grade (1A) Classroom had a cracked plastic toy box lid. In the same room, a teacher's desk had two drawers with one exposed screw each. The 3rd Grade (Room 24) Classroom had a black plastic plant container that was cracked. The top floor restroom had three toilets with two exposed bolts each at their base. The black seat of a gold chair in Lunchroom 1 was observed to be torn and had exposed foam. An orange fabric chair in Lunchroom 2 had a dirty, stained seat. A gold chair in Lunchroom 2 had a torn seat with exposed foam. Also, an electrical outlet wall plate cover in Lunchroom 2 was observed to be cracked and had sharp edges. One wooden bench seat in Lunchroom 2 had chipping wood at its corner. Another wooden bench seat in the same room had a hole from where wood was missing. Six gold chairs that were in the Shul Room closet had torn seats with exposed foam. The Shul Room had 29 gold chairs with torn seats and exposed foam.
