The Director or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall ensure the requirements under subsection (a) are met.

    Observed the young toddler room had a fire alarm which required the battery to be changed. Observed the interconnected system was not operating in sync. Each of the fire alarms would go off but they would not all go off at the same time. Observed the operator did not have proof of purchase for the interconnected fire alarms.
