    At approximately 1:45 pm, the operator answered the front door of the facility, leaving the 6 children in care at the time unsupervised. Upon entering the facility there was one young toddler and one older toddler sleeping in the first room with the door closed, 2 preschoolers and 1 young school-ager lying on cots in the rear room with the door closed, and an older school-ager sitting at the kitchen table. Between 1:50 and 3:15 pm, there were several times when one or more children were moving between the kitchen and the play room independently and could not be directly supervised by the operator.
