In the outside back play space, an area of damaged siding with sharp edging was observed. The gate latch to the back play space was observed to have a peeling plastic coating, In the outside side play space, a section of the fencing was observed to be leaning and had come disconnected. Rust was also observed on some of the fencing posts in the outside side play space. On the outside porch play space, 6 of the fence pickets were observed to be loose, 1 fence picket was observed to have an exposed screw, and 1 fence picket was observed to have splintering wood.
