The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
It was observed in the Tiger classroom that Facility Person #1 did not know how many children were physically present in the classroom. Facility Person #1 stated that there were 15 children when there were 19. Facility person #1 also stated and named 8 children in their primary group and they were responsible for 9.
