3270.113(a)(1) · Each staff person shall be assigned the responsibility for supervision of specific children. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
During unannounced inspection 11/25/2024, staff #1 and staff #2 in Room 10 identified 17 children in the classroom but only accounted for 13 children when identifying assigned primary care group; staff #3 stated they did not know their primary care group when asked.

Child#1 enrolled in the daycare program was injured several times falling off the furniture in the classroom since being enrolled in the daycare center which resulted in bruises.
