At the time of inspection, staff #1 had a child abuse clearance dated 6/9/25, which was after the individual's first day working with children - See LIS for first day working with children. It was observed that NSOR clearances for Staff #2 and #3 expired on 11/7/19 and were not renewed until 2/7/25. The staff members reportedly worked in a child care role during the time the clearances were expired.
