In room #4, the door to the storage closet was unlocked and contained multiple toxics including containers of Swiffer Cleaner and Lysol and Clorox Disinfectant Wipes that were labeled "Keep out of reach of children" and were accessible to children. In the girls' bathroom on a shelf, there were Footsy Daisy and Poopsy Daisy Sprays that were labeled "Keep out of reach of children" and were accessible to children.
