It was verified through staff interviews that on the morning of 7/8/2025, there were maggots observed inside the facility. Staff reported that this was caused by trash from the outside being brought inside overnight rather than taken to the dumpster due a rainstorm at the close of business on 7/7/2025, and a bear in the neighborhood that was getting into the trash.
