During the unannounced visit cert rep observed while walking down the stairs a child crying on the floor in the infant room where there was 1 staff with 4 infants. The staff person was changing another child. The staff person in the Duck's classroom was standing in the doorway of the Duck's classroom with 9 older toddlers and preschoolers while helping with bathroom with another staff person in the hallway called for another staff person to come help. The staff person standing in the doorway went into the infant classroom before the other staff person got into the Duck's classroom leaving the children unsupervised and out of ratio.
