All staff persons shall renew their certification in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on or before the expiration of the most current certification.

Clearances for facility persons #3 and # 6 and #13 were not obtained within the 45-day provisional hire timeframe required under CPSL. The file for facility person #11 contained Mandated Reporter training dated 6.22.20 [expired on 6.22.25] with an update on 9.4.25. Mandated Reporter trainings for facility person #11 were not updated within the 60-month timeframe required under CPSL.
