Staff person # 6 did not complete FBI fingerprinting prior to the first day of caring for children. First day of caring for children was 3/11/25, and FBI fingerprints were not completed until 3/12/25.

It was observed in classroom L (Under the Sea) that staff person #1 did not wash child's hands after diapering. Child is able to wash hands at the sink. Once directed to wash child's hands, staff person #1 retrieved the stool from the closet and placed at the sink to wash child's hands.
