A facility person who has reasonable cause to suspect that a child is a victim of child abuse shall immediately make a report of suspected child abuse to ChildLine through the hotline at (800) 932-0313, online, or any other method as prescribed by the Department. The legal entity will arrange for all facility staff, facility administration (staff person #2 and 3), and district leader (staff person #4) to receive a minimum of two hours of in-person training regarding Mandated Reporting.
