The file for facility person #15 contained a Child Abuse clearance that was dated 9.3.20 (expired on 9.3.2025) was updated on 10.11.25. The file for facility person #16 contained a Mandated Reporter training that was dated 1.24.20 (expired on 1.24.2025) was updated on 2.06.25.
