If there are not enough staff available that meet the supervision requirements, the staff person will need to be removed from a child care position until they receive the appropriate training.
On 11/7/25, it was observed that staff person #2 has completed Pediatric first aid and CPR training, however the training was not completed through a Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) approved curriculum and the trainer has not provided documentation that they are PQAS-certified in that training curriculum.

Staff person 1 had a state police clearance on file that expired on 9/7/2025 that was not updated until 10/31/25. Staff person 1 had a child abuse clearance on file that expired on 9/28/25 that was not updated until 10/31/25. Staff person had a NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) certificate on file that expired on 1/30/25 and no update was available. Staff person 1 may not return until updated NSOR certificate is on file.
