    Upon inspection of the facility fire drill logs, it was found that drills were conducted on 9.18.23 and 12.1.23 (75 days) , and again on 1.10.24 and 3.12.24 ( 62 days) , and again 3.12.24 and 5.30.24 ( 79 days), which demonstrates that greater than 60 days elapsed between drills.

    Upon inspection of the facility smoke detection tests, it was found that tests were conducted on 12.10.23 and 1.18.24 ( 40 days) , and 2.14.24 and 3.21.24 ( 37 days) . 3.21.24 and 4.21.24 (32 days), 4.21.24 and 5.26.24 ( 36 days) , 6.19 .24 to 7.19.24 (31 days) , 7.19.24 and 8.25.24 (38 days) which demonstrates that greater than 30 days elapsed between tests.
