    The floor in the hallway from the front door to the kitchen was observed to have area rugs over the floor. Under the rugs, the floor has been removed and boards where the floor should be was seen. The baseboard in the hallway from the front door to the kitchen was removed and not replaced, exposing parts of an unpainted unfinished wall. The T-strips that joins the floor in the family room and the flooring the kitchen, had a broken piece located the right corner of the kitchen an\d family room. The ceiling in the family room was observed to have water marks and there was a 2 inch hole in the ceiling.
