In the unlocked and accessible white corner cabinet, observed lacing shapes and strings with a diameter of less than an inch. On the floor of the room, observed a Magna tile which was cracked and there was a small, exposed part with a diameter of less than an inch and baby doll house toys on the ground of the toy house with a diameter of less than an inch. On the window seat, and accessible to the children, observed a green sensory bottle with dry white beans in it and the top was not secured and the beans had a diameter of less than an inch. In the unlocked and accessible buffet drawer by the white doors, observed marbles and three small screws with a diameter of less than an inch. On the children's table of the room, observed a bag which contained small play kitchen items, dinosaurs that had a diameter of less than an inch. In the kitchen area, where young and older toddlers were present, observed accessible ink stampers, a sensory bin which contained uncooked split peas and on the kitchen table were grapes with a diameter of less than an inch. In the room located beside the School Age Room, where young and older toddlers were observed playing, observed a Littlest Pet Shop bin with small toys less than an inch.
