    At approximately 1:25 PM Facility Persons #1, #2 and #3 were supervising a total of 12 preschoolers in the preschool space. When asked to identify which children they were each responsible for supervising, Facility Person #1 indicated they were not assigned specific children for supervision purposes. Facility Person #2 claimed responsibility for five specific children, and then Facility Person #3 claimed responsibility for six specific children, including two children claimed by Facility Person #2. Two children were identified by both staff, and three other children were not identified by any staff as their responsibility to supervise.
