The facility driver staff # 1 reported the vehicle was totaled and 4 of the children went to the ER to be checked out and released that day. Facility staff # 1 and the facility owner were both aware that they were transporting without said booster seats. The number of passengers in the owner's vehicle exceeded the number of seat belts in the vehicle.

The facility driver staff # 1 reported the vehicle was totaled and 4 of the children went to the ER to be checked out and released that day. During the complaint interviews, one of the 7 children involved in the accident reported that none of the children had been buckled in the vehicle seat belts. Facility staff # 1 reported the children are responsible to buckle themselves. Facility staff # 1 also reported that child # 5 was sitting in the front passenger seat of the vehicle.
