It was observed that the facility had two functional fire alarm inspection reports on file. One was dated 6/30/22, and the other was dated 8/18/23. Additionally the facility had a visual inspection report on file dated 1/19/23, but this report did not verify that the system was actually tested during that inspection on 1/19/23. Therefore the functional tests on file, verifying that the facility had their device or system tested at least annually by a fire safety professional, were not completed within the annual timeframe as required according to the standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)).
