3270.113(a)(1) · Each staff person shall be assigned the responsibility for supervision of specific children. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.

At the time of inspection on 7/15/2024, when Certification Representative talked to staff about their assigned group both facility staff #1 and #2 stated they were assigned the same children. When both staff were asked about the whereabouts of facility child #1, neither staff could immediately point the child out who was swimming in the pool while under the supervision of another staff person. *At the time of inspection on 8/12/2024, Certification Representative asked a staff person who was in their assigned group. The staff pointed out 4 children who were in the group and then indicated two children were in the bathroom at that time. The children were in a bathroom that was not in proximity for the staff to be able to see, hear or direct the children. There was no staff person directly supervising those children in the bathroom.
