The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.

On 9/23/24, at approximately 4:00 PM, Staff Person #3 was asked to identify the children in her assigned group. Staff Person #3 named six of the seven children assigned. Staff Person #3 did not identify Child #1, who was in her assigned group.
