Per staff statements, on 3/18/25, Staff #1 was holding Child #1, an Infant, when the staff sat on the couch with the infant, the 11-month old dog, Angel, came into the room. The dog was excited to see staff #1 and tried to jump into the staff's lap. When the dog jumped, the dog's nail scratched the infant's forehead. The scratch left two pink raised lines, 2 -3 inches long down the infant's forehead and between the infant's eyebrows.
