In the childcare space on the brown cube shelf within reach of children, a zip-top bag storing board game pieces was observed to contain two pushpins that were less than one inch in diameter. The pushpins pose both a choking hazard and a cutting or puncture hazard. Additionally, a small gray building toy that measured less than one inch was observed on the same brown shelf, posing a choking hazard.
