While interviewing staff members, multiple staff persons reported that there was one time recently (the exact date is unknown) that three school aged children were left unsupervised to take out the garbage. It was reported that one school age child held the door so they would not be locked out while the two other school aged children proceeded to take the garbage down to the dumpster at the end of the driveway. Those school aged children then returned to the door to give the school age child who was holding the door a turn to take another bag of garbage down to the dumpster. The school aged children were not accompanied by a staff person. leaving the school aged children in a ratio of 0:3.
