In the kitchen a can of Hot Shot flying insect killer, a bottle of Fantastik spray, a bottle of Whip-It stain remover, and a bottle of OXY deep carpet cleaner all labeled "Keep Out of Reach of Children" were in a low corner cupboard accessible to children.
