    Based on staff statement at 11:30 PM on 2.2.26 a parent rang the doorbell and knocked on the door for 30 minutes. They then called the police, and they knocked on the door and shined a flashlight in for another ten minutes before the door was answered.

    **At approximately 12:45 PM, Facility Persons #1 and #2 were observed supervising a group of 2 preschoolers and 19 young schoolagers in the dining area in the back of the Preschool/Schoolage room when another child was observed returning to the classroom from the restroom adjacent to the Middle/Entry room. There were no staff in that room supervising that child. When Facility Person #1 and #2 were asked to identify which children they were each supervising, Facility Person #1 identified 12 young schoolagers. Then Facility Person #2 identified 2 preschoolers and 7 young schoolagers, including 2 children already identified by Facility Person #1. As a result, 3 children were not claimed by either staff person. At approximately 1:00 PM, when again asked to identify which children they were each supervising, Facility Person #1 identified 11 of the children and Facility Person #2 identified 10 of the children. As a result, one child was not claimed by either staff person.
