On 7/25/25, it was confirmed that child 1 eloped from the building on 7/23/25, through the door beside the cubbies, in the preschool classroom. The child wandered around the building and was found in the parking lot, approximately 3 minutes later, by a parent who returned them to the building. Staff person 1 was the primary care teacher during the time of elopement. Staff person 1 was unaware that the child was missing.
