An unannounced inspection occurred at the facility. A physical site review was conducted. In the preschool middle section, cleaning supplies were found accessible to children in the black cabinet. In the 3- and 4-year-old section, cleaning supplies and other items that indicated to keep out of reach of children were found near the teacher's desk. In the front older toddler section, Lysol spray and wipes were found in the file cabinet and on the windowsill. In the walk area to the bathroom, diaper creams, laundry detergent and soap were found accessible. Cleaning material was found near the sick of this area as well. In the closet near the bathroom, paint, Lysol Cleaner, tile foam, bug spray and spackle were found accessible to children. All of the areas listed were shown and discussed with the Legal Entity. The items all indicated the need to be kept out of reach of children and children were observed receiving care in these areas.
