Two ceiling tiles in the Pre-Kindergarten Room were observed to have a brown colored stain. The wall, next to the cots in the Pre-Kindergarten Room, was observed to have peeling and chipped paint. Chipped paint was also observed, about elbow height, on a pink wall in the Young Toddler Room.
