During an investigation conducted at the facility on 5/16/25 it was confirmed that on 4/24/25 Staff # 1 admitted to grabbing child #1 by the arm and dragging child to the back of the line. Staff # 1 admitted this to Legal Entity and Human Resources. Legal Entity viewed the video cameras and felt this was inappropriate. Rep. was unable to view the video; it had erased itself. Staff # 1 was terminated due to incident.
